Our Work

Each year, Ford Motor Company identifies several dozen vehicles designated for scrap disposal to be used for extrication training. Lark Logistics facilitates the loan of these vehicles to fire, police, and emergency response agencies for hands-on training. Events are held at the site of the participating organization and require prep, transportation, and the proper storage of all proprietary OEM vehicle technology.

By working with newer vehicle models with state-of-the-art capabilities, First Responders can experience advanced mobility technologies first-hand and learn how to safely work with new vehicles, components, and materials. Previous training events have included training specific to EVs, aluminum body panels, laminated glass, and partially autonomous vehicles - helping to ensure that First Responders are prepared for any incident.
